A package manager script built using objectsh.
Originally based on the encap white papers, it has been dramatically extended since.
Using info-packages that describe how to build programs from their original src-packages,
programs are built in their own custom build environment.
The custom environments provide a nearly guaranteed build, regardless of what is already installed/not installed.
